Fenugreek, an herb used in Indian curries, can
also spice up your love life, reports the Daily Mail.
A recent study by the Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine in
Australia monitored libido levels of men between the ages of 25 and 52 who took
twice-daily doses of fenugreek.
The results showed that these men saw significant improvements in their love
drive — an increase of 25 percent or more.
Researchers are not clear what exactly makes the herb so effective.
Fenugreek seeds contain bioactive compounds which may have an effect on the
production of love hormones.
“If it’s proven to be safe, this is good news,” explained Dr. Raj Persad.
“Men with good loving health live longer than those who are without.”
