in the history of Test cricket.
1959 against England
1st Test: England (422) beat India (206 and 157) by an innings and 59 runs
2nd Test: India (168 and 165) lost to England (226 and 108 for two) by eight
wickets.
3rd Test: India (161 and 149) lost to England (483 for eight declared) by an
innings and 173 runs.
4th Test: England (490 and 265 for eight declared) beat India (208 and 376) by
171 runs.
5th Test: India (140 and 194) lost to England (361) by an innings and 27 runs.
England completed the 5-0 whitewash by lunch on
the fourth day.
1961-62 against West Indies
1st Test: West Indies won by 10 wickets at Queen's Park Oval
2nd Test: West Indies won by an innings and 18 runs at Sabina Park
3rd Test: West Indies won by an innings and 30 runs at Kensington Oval
4th Test: West Indies won by 7 wickets at Queen's Park Oval
5th Test: West Indies won by 123 runs at at Sabina Park
West Indies won the series by 5-0
1967 against England
1st Test: England won by 6 wickets at Headingley
2nd Test: England won at Lord's by an innings and 124 runs
3rd Test: England won at Edgbaston by 132 runs
England won the series by 3-0
