Indore's management research student, Siddharth
Rajhans, has been offered a Rs. 3 crore salary package by Google. He has
been selected for the post of Business Process and Risk Specialist in
Google's UK-based Finance and Business Strategy Department.
He has been offered 3,04,500 British pound
package, which translates to, roughly, three crores in Indian currency.
Recently, Siddharth was awarded with UK's
Fellow of Society title. The title is owned by more than 8,000 other people,
including many Nobel laureates.
In the past, Siddharth has been offered a
salary package of Rs 75 lakh by Facebook.
Since he was inclined to pursue his PhD degree,
so Siddharth declined the offer. He is now pursuing a PhD under the guidance
of Father of marketing Dr. Phillip Cotler.
"Since I have commenced my PhD degree, so I am
taking the Google offer seriously", he says.
